2. Information We Collect

We collect account details (such as name and email), authentication data (including OAuth profile metadata), billing and credit transaction records, content you submit to our agents, and technical usage data such as logs, device/browser metadata, and diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, process payments, operate and improve agent outputs, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, and send product or service communications. We do not sell personal data.

4. AI Processing and Data Providers

When you submit prompts, files, or transcripts, this content may be processed by our infrastructure and AI providers to generate outputs. Core providers include OpenAI, Stripe, AWS S3, BetterAuth providers (including Google), and Resend. We use commercially reasonable safeguards and contractual controls with these providers.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies for login/session continuity and security operations. We may also use limited analytics or performance tooling to understand reliability and improve user experience.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, support legal/compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion, and we will remove or anonymize data subject to legal and operational constraints.

7. Data Security

We implement safeguards including transport encryption, role-based access controls, credential isolation, and auditing. No system is absolutely secure, but we continuously monitor and improve controls.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can update profile information, control communications, and request account deletion. Depending on jurisdiction, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

9. International Data Transfers

Namesive and its service providers may process data in multiple countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required for international data transfers.
