Namesive provides a credit-based AI productivity workspace with multiple specialized agents, administrative controls, and publishing workflows.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
4. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
Credits are purchased as one-time packages and consumed when agent actions are executed. Purchased credits are non-transferable. Refund handling is governed by applicable law, payment provider requirements, and our documented billing support process.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Namesive for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive activities, including attempts to disrupt systems, bypass safeguards, or process prohibited content.
6. AI Output and Responsibility
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before business, legal, financial, or public use. Namesive does not guarantee output correctness for all contexts.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to content you submit and outputs you are entitled to under applicable law and provider terms. Namesive retains rights in the platform, software, and service branding.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service, including features, integrations, or pricing packages, with reasonable notice when practical.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namesive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from use of the service.
